Mostly gamay.
Between 80 and 110 years old for the vines on scoria and 40 years old for the gamay on granitic sand.

Direct pressing, settling, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks. No added chemical inputs.
Spontaneous fermentation, aged at least 6 month in bottle.
