If I chose to settle in Auvergne to make a living from my passion, it is mainly because of the diversity and quality of its terroir. I was very surprised and moved by Pierre Beauger or Patrick Bouju’s natural wines. The typical features spoke to me and filled me with emotions.
Today, I work four plots with five different and unique terroir. It allows me to make seven wines with strong characters.
